The internet’s favourite earplugs is gearing up to become the world’s favourite earplugs.
I was brought into Loop Earplugs as a Senior Creative Strategist for a new team in the performance marketing department.
I led a newly formed creative experimentation team of designers, motion designers and AI specialists. Our goal? Find new creative angles for paid social ads to engage new audiences and grow revenue.
I created out-of-the-box concepts, briefs, and wrote copy and scripts for several highly engaging paid social ads. I leveraged consumer data, current cultural trends, UGC creators, localisation, AI, and motion design to drive engagement for both TOF and BOF campaigns.
I created over 400+ paid social ads for Loop on Meta and TikTok that hit or exceeded tROAS. Overall my campaigns saw an average increase of 60% in ROAS.
Due to the success of this project, creative strategy became fully integrated into our in-house creative team. I then developed a 2025 roadmap for creative testing and objectives designed to increase the quality and success rate of our performance ads. I also contributed to streamlining the team’s creative production process and led creative review sessions with internal and external creative teams.
